In this application ,even though the stainless steel duct work had cleaning sprays and drains to enable cleaning, gunge had built up to an alarming level where not only the performance had been badly compromised but the weight increase had become alarming and had increased way beyond what was safe for the design of the support structure.

The polypropylene used to replace the whole system throughout the floors underneath, and provided a solution where this would never happen again while offering significant advantages. The installation time was significantly reduced as it was both lightweight,strong,durable and easy to handle.
