Materials include:

UPVC, CPVC, Low Density Polyethylene, High Density Polyethylene, Acrylic
Polypropylene Co Polymer, Polypropylene Homo Polymer
PVDF, ECTFE ( haylar ), PFA, FEP ( teflon )

In every case these vessels are manufactured with fully engineered flanges and fittings that are constructed in comparable materials selected to match exactly that of the tank body, as these points in service are of critical concern in the handling of dangerous chemicals and providing reliable and predicable in service life

Vessels constructed in Polyethylene using the rotationally moulded process can only be made using a low melting point, high flow material. Low Density Polyethylene material is selected for this process. Unfortunately all material used to make pipe stock is High Density Polyethylene which is much stronger with vastly different melt and flow characteristics as well as mechanical properties.

This mismatch in materials is of major concern and means that fittings and fixtures constructed in this manner pose a grave risk when used in process applications and in areas of high demand

We offer a range of vessels from Polypropylene as this material has wonderful mechanical properties that include a good high temperature performance combined with excellent chemical resistance. It is also used extensively in the Food and Pharmaceutical industries with suitable grades meeting approval
