Large Dual Laminate Tanks :
These vessels utilize a selection of the most exotic and advanced High tech thermoplastic and composite materials presently available, and their construction consists of multiple layers that all serve a vital function to form a unique product that offers unparalleled performance and reliability for your most demanding storage and process applications. Thermoplastic lining materials are selected to give surface properties which may include a wide range of chemical resistence and temperature performance or high levels of purity for food and pharmaceutical applications The ease of cleaning and virtually non stick properties of these materials also provides many advantages. Secondary safety layers incorporating specialty reinforcment fabrics such as Nexus or C glass filament as well as combining specialty resins, that provide extended chemical or heat and mechanical properties can be incorporated These layers are constructed behind the themoplastic inner lining, and serve as a secondary safety barrier for agressive chemicals, protecting the main structual laminate that is designed for all the mechanical loads and dynamic conditions involved . These secondary layers are also constructed on all external surfaces to provide added protection from both sides of the structual laminate. Also incorporated is an electroconductive carbon fibre layer behind all weld lines and entrys for flanges, nozzles and fittings to enable high frequency spark testing of the inner lining throughout the life of the vessel.
The combinations of properly selected and designed materials will provide a tank that will outlast and outperform in almost all applications
